I bought mount and blade off of steam and when i click play it wants me to activate a serial key. Windows 10 vl edition. But my serial key doesn't fit inside the boxes because its too long. Guys i rely wont to play mount and blade napoleonic wars but I bought mount and blade warband but i have to buy napoleonic wars seprit can you help me with a serial key for napoleonic war plz Anonymous 4 years ago.

Hi all, a time back i bought mount and blade warband for gog, i deicided to play it again so i downloaded the game again trough my account, now it asks me a serial key to play the game, but i cant find the key anywhere in my account? even if i go to my mount and blade gametab, press more i dont see anything like a serial key.
How or where to see the serial key for the game so i can play multiplayer..

How or where to see the serial key for the game so i can play multiplayer..

Try opening regedit from Run on Windows (I'm sure you know what I'm talking about), click HKEY_CURRENT_USER, then click on Software, and now head over to MountAndBladeWarbandKeys. You should see the serial key once you clicked on the last folder that I asked you to go to.
EDIT: Well, since my Mount&Blade Warband is not from GOG but rather from Taleworlds directly, then it is safe to assume that you might not find the MountAndBladeWarbandKeys folder in the exact location which I just pointed out. However, it should still be somewhere around there.

I uninstalled M&B Warbands which i purchased through GOG and re-downloaded and installed it into the GOG Games default folder and, also, verified/repaired. The Serial Key still remains elusive.
OK IT TOOK ME ABOUT ALL NIGHT AND JUST WHEN I WAS ABOUT TO SEND A REQUEST FOR A SERIAL KEY IT HIT ME.. Turns out you can only access the 'Serial Keys' tab under accounts through the WEB BROWSER not and i repeat not the GOG Galaxy Client. SO for clarity use the GOG.com website to gain access to your serial keys. NOT GALAXY CLIENT!

The library in Galaxy is just organized a bit differently. As far as I know, serial keys are accessible through the client, too, but they're under some other heading (and I don't use Galaxy, so I can't say what that is :D ).

Even after reading all of this, and spending several hours googling solutions I can't find my keys!! By 'Library' do people mean clicking 'games' in my account which lists 'My Collection'? If so when I click 'More' there is no such option as 'serial keys'. Very confused, and feeling stupid.

Yes, but you have to do it in a web browser. For whatever reason, the serial keys are not available in Galaxy.

For example I'm trying to use the installer for the enhanced edition so the TLD mod doesn't crash all the time, it wants my mount & blade key.

Even says at the bottom that it uses a serial key. The GOG version of M&B does not come with a serial key though.
As for the enhanced edition you can download directly from TaleWorlds, you can activate that with your Warband key.
